The appointment with my doctor about Violet went well. I can't believe I was able to keep down that disgusting orange drink but somehow I did. My blood work came back normal and it was a sweeping relief to learn that I don't have that odd pregnancy diabetes that some people get. They did an ultrasound for Violet and she is exactly the size she should be and everything looks perfect. They moved her due date up a few days so instead of May 24th we're looking closer to May 19th. Not much of a difference but whatever. I'm just glad that everything looks good.
She said I weigh a few lbs more than I should so I have those things to work on these next 2 and 1/2 months, and I'd probably better start taking some of the birthing classes just so I'm not totally lost when my water decides to break. I kind of have a feeling she's coming a bit early. Closer to the beginning of May then the end. Guess we'll see though right?
We took some 3D pics and she looks SO MUCH LIKE CRISTIAN. That's normally how it goes though, the child looks like the father for the first little while so that's kinda fun. I don't know if he likes that much but I sure do! She's gonna be a cutie :D
It feels good to be slowly working off our debts, we took care of 2 other things on our list the last 2 weeks and I'm starting to feel a little better about everything. Still have a ways to go but it feels good being able to check things off.
Still haven't gotten a frame for our bed, and we need to get his tools out of his parents locked storage unit before someone sells the things in there are auction. And I'm kinda getting frustrated with the situation. Mostly because my body has been getting more and more sore from having our bed low to the ground.
Cristian's doing well at work, not that the situation has changed much. His boss is still kind of an idiot and some of the things they ask him to do or that he has to deal with are a little ridiculous but I'm proud of him keeping his head down and pushing through it. We'll move one day and he'll be able to do what he actually wants to do but until then we both need to be patient.
My birthday is coming up-I'd really like to go see Hunger Games which will make it a little belated but who cares right? It should be good. And the weather is getting warmer and warmer which is very exciting to me! I'm ready to get some sun!!
All in all things are going well.
