Well I stopped breastfeeding Violet about a month and half ago. And I restarted Insanity. My results have been WILDLY different. The first time I did I actually gained 4 lbs, but since I've weaned Violet off I have lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm very happy, I feel better, my old pants fit, my body feels better, I'm loving it. I'm glad I breastfed Violet as long as I did, but can I just say that I am SO HAPPY to be getting my body and health, strength, and fitness back.
